As you can see this is the perfect tank for this betta.  It comes with a hood on it to keep your betta from jumping out and the cat from getting in.  Built into the hood are a filtration system and a 25 watt light which does a great job of illuminating the tank (you saw in the video how well the tank was lit).  The filtration system is a bio-wheel filtration system that does not cause excessive current.  This is good since bettas do best in still water.  All you have to add in a tank heater, gravel, accessories, and your betta when you  have the tank stabilized.
